Frogne, est. 1973 is an industry leader in mobility booking & dispatch technology for the private and public sector.

Based in Denmark, they operate across the Nordic region and are considered pioneers in taxi technology.

How

Careful consideration of current systems & capabilities, thoughtfulness towards business and how dispatch and taxi owners operate in different countries. Building a flexible object-oriented UX system for managing stepwise integrations of various modules.

Designing for minimum friction for the users, building upon existing best-case UX patterns while fixing inherent flaws in these. Main philosophies: Complete overview of bookings at all times (before, during and after) while keeping steps in the flow to the bare minimum.
